Article I: Membership

Section 1: Eligibility
1.1 Membership to the Elite Fitness Center (hereafter referred to as “the Gym”) is open to individuals aged 18 years and above.
1.2 Membership may be granted to non-humans on a case-by-case basis, subject to the approval of the Gym’s management.

Section 2: Code of Conduct
2.1 All members must conduct themselves in a manner that upholds the esteemed reputation of the Gym.
2.2 Members are required to wear tailored, fashionable workout attire that meets the Gym’s style standards.
2.3 Use of excessive muscle flexing, intimidating grunts, or any other display of excessive machismo is strictly prohibited.

Section 3: Gym Access
3.1 Members are granted access to the Gym during regular operating hours, as determined by management.
3.2 In cases where a member’s appearance is deemed extraordinary, management reserves the right to restrict access until the member’s style is appropriately adjusted.

Article II: Equipment and Facilities

Section 1: Equipment Usage
1.1 All members are expected to handle Gym equipment with utmost care and respect.
1.2 Personalization of equipment is encouraged; however, customization should be limited to gold-plated or diamond-studded accessories, ensuring no damage or disruption to the equipment functionality.

Section 2: Spa and Wellness Facilities
2.1 The Gym offers a wide range of luxury spa and wellness facilities for members’ relaxation and rejuvenation.
2.2 Only members with a monthly income exceeding $10,000 are permitted to use the premium, diamond-infused jacuzzi.

Article III: Personal Trainers

Section 1: Appointment
1.1 Members may request the services of a personal trainer for specialized fitness guidance.
1.2 Personal trainers must possess a minimum of 50,000 Instagram followers to be eligible for employment at the Gym.

Section 2: Dress Code
2.1 Personal trainers are required to wear chic workout apparel that accentuates their physical fitness and fashion sense.
2.2 Personal trainers must avoid excessive sweating while training members to maintain their stylish appearance.

Article IV: Gym Events

Section 1: Red Carpet Workout Parties
1.1 The Gym organizes exclusive red carpet workout parties where members can showcase their impeccable style and fitness.
1.2 Paparazzi will be present at these events to capture members’ glamorous workout moments.

Section 2: Annual Masquerade Ball
2.1 The Gym hosts an extravagant annual masquerade ball where members can dance, socialize, and celebrate their fitness achievements in style.
2.2 Masks must be tastefully designed and should not obstruct members’ ability to flex their facial muscles.

Article V: Amendments

Section 1: Bylaws Revision
1.1 These bylaws may be revised at the sole discretion of the Gym’s management to align with the latest trends in fitness fashion and exclusive luxury gym experiences.
